With over a decade of experience in membership management, I’ve worked with associations and member-based organisations in Australia and globally to build strong, loyal communities. That experience spans ongoing management of membership teams and programs, developing new revenue streams, event planning and execution, member system implementation, project management and much, much more. My approach is practical, tailored to each organisation’s needs, and always focused on delivering real results – increased engagement, higher retention, and happy members.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what makes members stay and how to create meaningful experiences that drive engagement and retention.
